Booking Policy

To reserve your lesson times, please email me with a few preferred dates and times. Once we confirm a mutually suitable option, you will receive a confirmation email along with a payment link. Payments can be made via Bank Transfer or PayPal.

• PAY AS YOU GO lesson payments must be completed at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time.

• PACKAGES lesson payments must be completed at least 24 hours before the scheduled time of the first lesson.

Package Policy
Clients are responsible for scheduling their own appointments, and all sessions within a package must be used within 30 days of purchase.

Cancellation Policy
To reschedule a lesson, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited.

Illness Policy
If you are unable to provide 24 hours' notice due to illness, a makeup lesson may be rescheduled within 7 days of the originally scheduled session.
