Booking Policy
To reserve your lesson times, please email me with a few preferred dates and times. Once we confirm a mutually suitable option, you will receive a confirmation email along with a payment link. Payments can be made via Bank Transfer (Revolut or AIB) or PayPal.
Payment Policy
- Pay-as-you-go lessons must be paid at least 24 hours in advance.
- Packages (multi-session offers) must also be paid at least 24 hours before the first scheduled session.
- Sing It from the Heart sessions must be paid at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Timely payment confirms your booking and secures your place.
Package Policy
Clients are responsible for scheduling their own appointments, and all sessions within a package must be used within 30 days of purchase.

Cancellation Policy
To reschedule a lesson, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice will be forfeited.
Illness Policy
If you are unable to provide 24 hours' notice due to illness, a makeup lesson may be rescheduled within 7 days of the originally scheduled session.
